This combination of low heat sauna (120 degrees) plus the cool dip pool, will melt away any stress, detoxify the muscles and skin , and bring increased circulation to the entire body. It is perfect before a massge to release top layer tension so that your body is ready to receive treatment. It can also be used as an adjunct to any of our body detoxification programs. The low heat is able to penetrate the deeper layers of the muscle tissue allowing cleansing at the cellular levels. Electrolyte replacement, towels and robe are included.
