In all my years of coaching weight loss, I have never encountered an instance of one size fits all ~ each and every person's path to obtaining their goal is as individual as their fingerprints. What we accomplish is identifying the unique physical and mental attributes which impact success in this area. For example, each person has their own metabolic rate, activity level, and digestive health, as well as thoughts and beliefs about nutrition and exercise.
