 Positive Change Health Center began as a dream of Janice O’Han. Her intention was to create a space for healing and learning; a special place for people to be able to get well and learn how to stay that way. Jan wanted to help people attain a sense of wellness and joy of life within a setting of beauty, peace and serenity.
In 1990, Jan and her husband Michael Gallarano, found a historic home set back on a beautiful piece of property on the east coast of Florida. Set in one of the last remaining oak hammocks on U.S. Highway 1, the property had ambiance and a unique potential to fulfill Jan’s dream. Together they founded Positive Change Health Center in 1991.
 Visualize a variety of textures and colors, with bamboo gardens and snowy egrets fishing in the shimmering pond; imagine breathing in healing aromatherapy which is diffused throughout the center and the wonderful scent of cedar wood as you melt your tensions away in the cottage sauna; listen to the peaceful music and the sounds of nature as you float in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a therapeutic massage.
