Special Therapeutic Yoga Program
This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the healing and restorative power of yoga in traditional Iyengar Style. Beginning with an interview and discussion of needs, an individualized routine is created for you. This routine is led and modified for 3 sessions with the third session being recorded for your continued practice at home. Some applications may include: neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, sciatica, poor breathing habits, stress management and many more.
